Accessibility statement
Legal basis
The website is currently in the construction phase. Weimarer Land Tourismus e.V. will make this website accessible in accordance with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and Council. This directive was implemented in Thuringia by the Thuringia Act on Accessible Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Bodies (ThürBarrWebG) of July 30, 2019.

Status of compatibility with the requirements
The accessibility requirements are derived from sections 3 (1) to (4) of BITV 2.0, which was issued on the basis of section 12d BGG.
The verification of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment carried out in July 2023 in the form of the BITV/WCAG test and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
The website is largely compatible with the requirements mentioned above, despite isolated exceptions.
No third-party BITV test has yet been conducted for the listed content. An independent WACG test of the website will be commissioned in the near future.
