to and from Rudolstadt

This feeder trail offers a great introduction to, or addition of, the Goethe Erlebnisweg. You can extend your hike in either direction. The trail takes you through Teichweiden, a charming district in the municipality of Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel in the northern part of the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district. Even more historical and cultural highlights await you in Rudolstadt, enriching your hiking experience.

to and from Bad Berka

This extension to the trail is perfect for passionate hikers looking to take a short break and relax at the town's publicly accessible Kneipp facilities. Part of the trail follows the Thuringian Three Towers Trail, which offers more opportunities to explore the Weimar region on foot. This trail can also serve as the starting or ending point for your personal hiking adventure on the Goethe Erlebnisweg.
